On May 1st Quiero Cafe opened their doors and the husband and wife team of Carlos Alberto Guzman Botero and Alejandra Paola Herrera have been hard at work serving Saco in their new restaurant in Pepperell Square. They have an exciting concept that they have described as South American "street food." Delicious empanadas, tropical fruit salads, fresh juices, smoothies, Latin desserts (Tres leches & flan) and wonderful Colombian coffees. They are looking for your ideas and have already added tamales and quesadillas to the menu, and are looking at adding some salad options soon. Keep watching our Facebook page for more details in coming weeks and we will give you updates.
